Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a contract between Lumensmind Ltd and the organisation or individual using our services ("Customer", "you").

By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Lumensmind provides software to import advertising performance data, explore metrics, and support studio decision workflows.

Features may change over time. We will not materially reduce core paid functionality during a subscription term without notice where required by your order form.

You are responsible for credentials, permitted users, and activity under your organisation. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You will use the service in compliance with applicable law and will not attempt to bypass security, access other tenants' data, or interfere with platform operation.

You retain ownership of data you submit or connect. You grant Lumensmind a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer data solely to provide and improve the service as permitted by these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights and notices required to share Customer data with Lumensmind and its subprocessors.

Connectors to advertising and analytics platforms are read-only. Lumensmind does not modify campaigns or spend in your ad accounts.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.

Paid plans are billed according to your order or checkout selection. Taxes may apply. Trial periods and limits are described at signup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension after reasonable notice.

The service provides analytics and rule-based recommendations. It does not guarantee business outcomes. Baseline engine output is not AI or machine learning and must not be relied on as sole grounds for financial decisions.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, excluding liability that cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumensmind's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited.

Either party may terminate according to the subscription terms. On termination, access ends and export windows are provided as described in product documentation or your agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
